Cameron

Cameron has won multiple U.S. national championships in duathlon and triathlon, and set two Guinness World Records for the most amount of Burpees (the hardest exercise known to man) completed in 12 and 24 hours. Cameron completed his BSc at Lander University in his home state of South Carolina before obtaining his MSc. at the University of Winchester in the United Kingdom.  His dissertation was on employee wellness as it relates to employer benefit.

Cameron founded the Suitcase of Courage in 2012 and has consulted with companies nationwide to build unique and custom corporate wellness programs.  He has been featured as one of Men's Health Magazine's "15 Ultimate Guys of 2015", and has featured on ESPN, Fox News, CBS News, Buzzfeed, and the Huffington Post.  

 

 

Dylan

Dylan is a lifelong athlete  who believes a healthy lifestyle, new experiences, and giving back are the true keys to happiness.

Dylan was a collegiate soccer All-Star at SUNY Ulster in New York, where they narrowly lost the 2007 Junior College National Final. He then transferred to Lander University, where his team reached the NCAA Division 2 national tournament in both years of his on the team. 

Dylan has also completed a Half Ironman and runs annual charity events that provide college scholarships and food assistance to underprivileged children.

Dylan brings eight years of expertise in project management to the team from his previous experience at JP Morgan Chase in Manhattan.

 

Matthew cavall

When people experience traumatic events it is common for things to drastically change. During one such event during my youth was when I found my passion for exercise.

Exercise helped me through a very tough time in life. From that watershed moment came my search for more knowledge and understanding in how exercise and nutrition affect the mind and body. This search continued as I completed by BSc in Exercise Science, and continues on to this day as I take additional qualifications. 

At the Suitcase of Courage, I am able to share my knowledge and experience to help people succeed in their efforts to better themselves, and lead healthier and happier lives.

 

Andre Wilson

Andre has a real love for exercise, and all the benefits that go along with it.  Whether its better energy levels, or just feeling happier, he craves the feeling it brings himself, and even more the positive effects it has on others. 

Andre is a multifaceted athlete, with a passion for basketball, obstacle course racing, and just generally challenging himself to experience new things.  His formal education includes a BSc in Exercise Physiology along with over 10 years of experience as a health and wellness professional with an emphasis on sport fitness, exercise physiology, wellness program design, and pre/post-physical therapy. 

At the Suitcase of Courage, Andre is able to channel his passion for wellness into analyzing areas of pain and discomfort occurring in the workplace, whilst designing programs which overcome them.

 

Maria Kugler

Maria's passion is for positive energy and growth of the people she works with.  After graduating with a BSc in Marketing she worked at Lululemon for 4 years; a combination of retail management, leadership development, and all-you-can-sweat shenanigans. 

During this time her passion for yoga, wellness, and personal development unfolded, and this led Maria to complete her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification.  Maria decided to take up wellness coaching and yoga instruction full time soon after, and she is working towards her 500 hour certification with the Asheville, NC Yoga Center.  Maria provides all of the Suitcase of Courage's yoga trainer courses and enjoys nothing more than seeing her students learn and grow into better versions of themselves.

Dr. Kattouf has been named as one of America’s PremierExperts® in recognition of his world premier coaching service for Multi-Sport, Running, Cycling, Fitness and Nutrition, and has spent more than 20 years focusing on health, fitness, nutrition, anatomy, physiology and human performance. He has coached everyone from complete newcomers to the endurance sport world, all the way through to national champions.
