Celebrating Shawn Calhoun & His Wellness Journey!

You all are crushing your goals out there and we want to take a moment to celebrate Shawn Calhoun from FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants in New Castle, Delaware.

Although it’s been two years since we’ve been able visit the site due to Coronavirus, the trainers from Delaware have kept pushing forward with their workouts and health. Shawn, in particular, has stayed on track participating in the small group workout sessions, watching his nutrition and working out in the gym.

If you zoom in you can see Shawn from two years ago completing his first couch to 5k at nearly 300 pounds and now you can see how has earned his way down to nearly 220.

A HUGE accomplishment here! Way to go, Shawn!
