Meet Multi-Talented, SOC Team Member, Jefferson Nicholson!
Competitors turned Collaborators!
As the Suitcase of Courage grows, we’d like to take a moment to introduce you to another key player on our team, Jefferson Nicholson!
In his early days at Clemson University, Jefferson, came to know Cameron Dorn (Lander University) through friendly competition as presidents of their respective college’s triathlon teams. While they were brushing shoulders on the race course, little did they know they would be each other’s closest allies many years later working together to expand employee wellness in companies across the nation.
Today, Jefferson focuses on both marketing and industrial athleticism initiatives that engage employees in meaningful ways. He works closely with clients to create a culture of movement by implementing solutions that put employee wellbeing and longevity at the center.
“At The Suitcase of Courage, we’re not just implementing programs—we’re shifting mindsets and helping companies create cultures where movement isn’t an afterthought but a key part of everyday work life.” -Jeff
This year, Jefferson is focusing on mobility, core strength, and maintaining a solid level of endurance. His driving motivation is keeping up with his wife and two young children on all of their adventures—hiking, biking, and more. His goal is to stay strong and active enough to keep up and enjoy key moments with his kids.
From paving new and innovative wellness cultures in the workplace to instilling lifelong habits for his family, Jefferson’s contribution in the world and within the Suitcase of Courage will continue to elevate the quality of life of others for years to come.
Thank you Jefferson for your passion to live well and get stronger every day!
